Class Size: Limited to 12 dogs per class, but we need at least 5 dogs to move forward with the class.

About Group Training Class
Join us for a controlled environment where dogs practice commands while maintaining a safe 10-foot distance. Our group class offers a unique opportunity to learn, refresh, or apply commands amid distractions like other dogs, people, and the surrounding environment.
Key Features:
Duration: 1 hour per week for 5 weeks
Best Suited For: Dogs with less than 3 private lessons or those needing more obedience and socialization skills before advancing.
Inclusive: All breeds, sizes, and temperaments welcome. Please inform your instructor of any reactivity or aggression issues.
Requirements: Dogs must wear an escape-proof martingale; other training collars/harnesses welcome in addition to martingale. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.
CGC Testing Items
Prepare your dog for Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification through practicing the following items:
Accepting a friendly stranger
Sitting politely for petting
Appearance and grooming
Out for a walk (walking on a loose lead)
Walking through a crowd
Sit and down on cue and stay in place
Coming when called
Reaction to another dog
Reaction to distraction
Supervised separation
Note: The class is preparation-focused, not pass or fail. Testing dates are offered regularly for those seeking CGC certification.
